WHAT IS THE JOB EVALUATION TOOL (JET)?

The Job Evaluation Tool (JET) is a systematic method for identification and description of personality traits and competences necessary for a specific position. We use online questionnaires and depth interviews to map the "ideal" personality profile for the position. The position will be evaluated by experts - people from your company who are familiar with the job. In addition to this expert evaluation, the method also uses rich sources of data from previous studies.
