360° Feedback

WHAT IS A 360° FEEDBACK?

360° feedback is an efficient and systematic tool for personal development. The feedback focuses on behavior at work - specific skills and competences. Personal development plans can be developed based on the results. 360° feedback can be used to identify and realize strengths and weaknesses and can serve as the starting point for a better and more efficient performance and work.

In addition to the key principles of evaluation, there are many aspects that need to be addressed: data collection, information safety, nomination principles, etc. We use the Q360 product in partnership with Qed Group. It helps us:

  • collect data online,
  • prepare several kinds of output and maintain high statistical standard of data processing (such as statistic difference testing),
  • add comments to assessment results (which makes result interpretation easier),
  • use pre-defined communication templates,
  • offer many options in terms of additional and follow-up services and result processing.
