Team Profiles
The team profile is an effective tool for team management and for development of its potential. It identifies strengths and weaknesses of the team including potential risks. It also offers recommendations for improving team performance as a whole. Each team profile is made individually based on the results of individual team members in Hogan occupational psychodiagnostics (HPI, HDS, MVPI).
The team profile is suitable as a starting point for team analysis and creating a team development plan. It can also be used as an input for selection if the client puts emphasis not only on professional and personal qualities of a candidate, but also on his/her compatibility with a team.
