Hogan Assessment Systems introduces new testing tool for pre-screening of candidates for junior positions

Hogan Advantage Assessment makes candidate selection much easier. It offers a combination of the excellent prediction reliability of Hogan tests and in-depth analysis on the one hand and a readily usable, low-cost solution developed especially for junior position on the other hand. The test is designed to be a pre-screening tool - it gives clear and efficient predictions of general performance in junior positions.

Key characteristics of this Assessment include:

  • on the shelf solution,
  • the Assessment is based on more than 30 years of experience and performance data,
  • it takes only five minutes to complete,
  • the tool was designed to test general employability.

The Assessment uses three scales to measure general employability:

  • Dependability - Concerns the degree to which a person will follow established rules and procedures, make work and work-related activity a priority, accept supervision, and follow through on assigned tasks and responsibilities.
  • Composure - Concerns the degree to which an employee can handle stress and pressure without becoming upset or emotional. 
  • Customer focus - Concerns a person´s capacity to relate to client or customers in a friendly, positive, and helpful manner.
