360° FEEDBACK

The 360° feedback process can be realized online, on paper or in a combination of the two. We always adapt the solution to the client's needs. Our role can be a mere provision of the data collection technology and data analysis or we can deliver the complete 360° feedback process for your management including result analysis and subsequent coaching sessions.

DEVELOPMENT CENTER

It is a one- or two-day program where we use group and individual assignments, role playing (with trained actors, if requested) and psychodiagnostics to create a complex picture of participants' competences. We then provide feedback and recommendations for future development. This type of program can be easily combined with outdoor training and activities.

Soft Skills trainings

In the area of soft skills trainings, we don't provide education, we are focused on solving your needs. Thus, when designing a specific training we will always ask you: "Why this specific training? How will we know that the training has been a good investment?" And so on.
