    Initially graduated from the Faculty of Finance of the Prague School of Economics with a degree in Finance and Financial Management. Holds degrees in Business Economy and Management and Psychology and Sociology of Management from the Faculty of Business Administration and in Psychology from the Charles University and Universidade de Santiago de Compostela. He also finished PhD. studies in Management from the Prague School of Economics. Rostislav has worked at Assessment Systems (AS) since its foundation and today is responsible for the international coordination of AS subsidiaries and foreign representations/partnerships. However, he most enjoys coaching (he is an accredited professional coach). Besides that, Rostislav also heads AS leadership programs, focusing on facilitation and hosting of our top management cooperations. Previously, he worked as Marketing Manager at PYS, a.s.; Senior Consultant at Qed Group, a.s.; Lecturer of psychology of management at the Department of Economics, Management and Social Sciences of ČVUT, at the Prague School of Economics and within the MBA (MUVS) program. He also co-founded the Czech Association of Coaches and for four years served as a member of its Board.

    Holds a degree in psychology from the Faculty of Arts of the Charles University in Prague. Tomáš is the head of Assessment System's team of consultants and specializes in psychodiagnostics, consulting, training and coaching.     Graduated from the Faculty of Education of Comenius University in Bratislava with a degree in Psychology and English Language and Literature. Previously worked for several Slovak as well as international non-governmental organisations, being responsible mainly for project management. In the private sector, Rastislav also gained experience in sales and marketing and has been active as a freelance teacher and translator too. At Assessment Systems, he specializes in computer-aided and apparatus psychodiagnostics in general as well as applied to industrial/occupational psychology, but also covers other HR consultancy projects. Rastislav is a member of the Slovak Psychological Society at the Slovak Academy of Sciences and lectures about computer psychodiagnostics at Slovak universities.

She also provils administrative support in the area of Hogan methods and helps organizing certified Hogan trainings. At the same time, utilizing her background, Zuzana assists with marketing and PR activities of the company.
