WHAT IS TYPICAL FOR OUR APPROACH?

  • Professionalism: We have a team of experienced coaches with relevant education and psychological background. We can provide coaching in English as well.
  • Partnership: The relationship between the coach and the subject is based on partnership and a joint effort to achieve goals. In this process, the coach plays the role of a mediator and assistant on the way to self-understanding and choice of a solution.
  • Flexibility: Coaching typically deals with problematic issues and personal development. We can focus on practicing skills, analysis of psychological causes and barriers that hamper efficiency and performance or on the resolution of specific situations encountered in day-to-day work.
  • Targeting: Our coaching focuses on achieving a defined and realizable goal that also serves as the basis of developing a time-limited coaching contract. The contract is made between the coach and the subject or the coach and the client.
