WHAT IS TEAMWORK FACILITATION?

Facilitation is a process that creates an environment fostering efficient and safe communication of difficult and complex issues within team. The facilitator does not interfere with the content of discussion but makes sure that the process is smooth and focused and that all team members get a fair chance to influence the results.

EXAMPLES OF TEAMWORK FACILITATION:
- Business restructuring, organizational changes - sometimes, teams may find it difficult to accept their new role, members, etc. Facilitation helps you communicate changes and explain their rationale and objectives.
- Definition of mission, vision, values and goals - Definition of team identity is especially with new or newly deployed teams. Each team member gets a chance to feel a more integral part of the team.
