Hogan Personality Inventory (HPI)
The HPI is a highly valid psychodiagnostic test of personality traits they play key role in professional success, human relations, education and in life in general. The HPI assesses normal personalities and predicts success in professional life. It was primarily designed for application in employee selection procedures and in career planning. The HPI is the first of a new generation of personality questionnaires developed based on job performance research. The HPI moves psychodiagnostics forward from mere description of candidates' personality to prediction of their performance on different positions.

Hogan Development Survey (HDS)
The HDS identifies inclination to dysfunctional or risky behavior patterns that are realized only under great pressure or in critical situations. Such behavior patterns negatively affect our careers and human relations and could be described as the "dark side" of personality. In a job setting, they may prevent efficient communication and team leadership and lower our productivity. If these patterns are identified, we can do something about them. HDS results are primarily used as basis for coaching and individual development.

Motivation, Values, Preferences Inventory (MVPI)
The MVPI focuses on the identification of personal values, preferences and motivation. It helps us understand what profession, job and environment is most likely to motivate and satisfy employees. It also helps us assess to what degree will an individual like a specific position, team or company culture and what kind of organization culture will he or she create in a leadership position.

The Express Report is based on a candidate’s scores on seven dimensions that influence occupational success within seven job categories. This off-the-shelf report provides an immediate recommendation based on the assessment results that will identify each candidate as high, moderate or low fit for the job opening. Additionally, the report identifies the candidate’s strengths, areas of concern and interview style.

Safety
